Working specifically with people in the Entertainment (Film, Commercial, Stunt, Influencers and Musicians) and Various Small Business (under 5 million annual revenue) has given us the experience to help you figure out how to capture income and expenses strategically. This helps to get ready for the hand off to the CPA for tax filing!

We will come to your business or login remotely (at your request) and provide bookkeeping/business financial services. This includes AP (entering and paying bills), AR (billing your customers, posting incoming payments to outstanding invoices), Payroll (paying employees), Sales tax Reporting and Payment, Vendor/1099 payments, classifications of expense transactions.Contact us

Monthly
We will check in on your business on a monthly basis. This includes reconciling your accounts, and checking your bookkeeping systems to evaluate and rectify issues that may have happened as you have kept your books through the month. Monthly plans are fully customizable if clients choose to add in AP/AR/ Payroll services as well.Contact us -
Quarterly
Quarterly services are available for business owners with less complex needs. We will come in and reconcile your books Quarterly and evaluate your financial reports for submission to your CPA.Contact us -
